Welcome to the Department of Economy Planning and Development (DEPDev) Electronic Innovation Grants Information System (EIGIS) website. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration of Focal Persons. All proponents and implementing entities must register their designated focal persons in the EIGIS prior to the start of any proposal submission period. Only registered focal persons shall be authorized to submit proposals, supporting documents, and reports through the system.

2. User Credentials. Registered Focal Persons shall be given a username and password to access the DEPDev-EIGIS account. They are responsible for keeping their username and password secure to prevent unauthorized access. DEPDev is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access or use of their account by a third party. They are responsible for ensuring that their account credentials are active, secure, and updated at all times.

3. Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself or your agency. DEPDev may accept, decline, or block user requests.

4. Submission Recording and Deadlines. The EIGIS automatically records the date and time of all submissions. Late submissions due to unregistered accounts, inactive credentials, or failure to perform timely uploads shall not be entertained unless the proponent can show proof of a system error or force majeure

5. Non-Compliance and Exceptions. Delayed submissions due to non-registration, incomplete registration, or user-side technical issues shall be deemed non-compliant.

6. Prohibited Use. Users are prohibited from using the DEPDev-EIGIS system for any unlawful or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, spamming, or any activity that could harm the system or compromise user data.

7. Security Blocking. DEPDev will automatically block or disable access to your account if an incorrect password is used three times in a row.

8. Incident Reporting. Users are required to report any incidents or suspected incidents of data breaches or security breaches to DEPDev immediately. Users must cooperate with DEPDev in any investigations or remediation efforts related to such incidents.

9. Amendments to Information and Terms. DEPDev may change the information and data contained on this website, as well as the terms, conditions, and explanations shown herein.

10. Help Desk Support. EIGIS Help Desk support is available during regular working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday). Proponents are encouraged to request assistance at least twenty-four (24) hours before the submission deadline to allow adequate troubleshooting time.
